In this section you will learn about shooting takedowns

The goal of this section is for you to master:
- High double leg (tackle) off of a jab
- Bob + double leg
- Double leg with an outside trip finish
- Boxing with double leg drill
It is very important that you take the boxing with a double leg drill slow and light when starting out. Do not compete with your partner and try to outbox each other. Just box lightly and without tactics so you can work on you double leg.[/text_block]
