My kettlebell circuit for MMA
Today I’m showing you my kettlebell circuit for MMA. You’ll see the exercises, sets, reps and rest time.
1. Double kettlebell swing – 10 reps
2. Double kettlebell press – 5 reps
3. Kettlebell squat – (not front squat) – 10 reps
4. Double kettlebell bent-over row – 10 reps
5. Kettlebell pushups – 10 reps
6. Kettlebell biceps curls – 5 reps

3-5 sets with about 2 minutes of rest in between or while your training partner is doing the exercises.
